Responsibilities
● Leading end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
● Sourcing candidates using diverse online channels to discover the best potential
talent (Github, StackOverflow, Twitter, and more)
● Conducting HR interviews, conveying your feedback about the cultural and personal
match.
● Love Data! looking into data to have a better insight on the effectiveness of different
sourcing strategies
● Craft and enhance a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience.

Requirements
● At least 2 years experience as a technical recruiter
● Experienced in sourcing – must.
● Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
● High level of energy, motivation, creativity, independence, and professionalism.
● Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
