About the position
Work from home (office in Jerusalem)
You Are:
A sourcing specialist with the skills to spot great talent. You believe so strongly in the company you work for and the product that you are able to interest passive candidates in new opportunities. You’re extremely organized and keeping track of your sourcing efforts is a no brainer for you. You’re tech savvy and analytical and love learning new technologies and tools. You’re creative, forward thinking, resourceful, solutions-oriented and desire to make a strong impact. You are a self starter and are an auto-didact. You can multitask and juggle multiple projects at the same time with ease. You’re able to thrive in fast-paced high performing environments, can work under tight deadlines and enjoy this challenge. You have fluent level English and strong conversational Hebrew to communicate with both Israelis and internationals, to give your opinion and listen to others in a collaborative environment.

You will:
- Identify candidates with relevant talent and experience for our open positions
- Be the first point of contact to recruit candidates through various methods and channels, via social media, events, conferences, etc, ensuring a great candidate experience
- Be an expert at the various social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Google, etc) and best methods for contacting candidates
- Create engaging and attractive content (job ads, social media ads, graphics) to attract candidates and keep them engaged, while understanding our target audience
You have:
- 2+ years similar experience from a tech company
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape
- Expert level knowledge in sourcing methodologies using cutting-edge sourcing techniques with proven skills in sourcing passive technology professionals and proven skills in developing candidate pipelines (knowledge of Boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray, etc)
- Experience creating content (blogs, emails, videos, job ads, social media ads)
- Experience with Canva/Crello/Gifs to make graphics for job posts, with a great eye for design
- Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills
- Command of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Fluent English and strong conversational Hebrew
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of recruitment data scrappers
- Experience recruiting for R&D roles
- Worked with Comeet ATS
- Worked with KPIs / SLAs and can create insightful reports
