לתפקיד המגייס/ת יש אחריות מלאה על תהליכי גיוס פנימיים מפתיחת המשרה ועד הOnboarding
תהליך הגיוס שלנו כולל עבודה מול US, EMEA וישראל על מגוון משרות מעניינות ומול המנהלים המגייסים שלנו שרתומים לתהליכי הגיוס ב100%.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Idomoo is looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition manager to join our team.
The role includes responsibility for leading and executing the full life cycle of the hiring process in
partnership with the hiring managers and the HR team.
You will take a central and active part in our growth by helping us to attract & hire the best people,
promote our employer brand and nurture our great work environment. While recruiting is the bread
and butter of the position, you will be able to take more responsibilities and experience more of HR
core activities.

The bread and butter of the role:
● Lead all the recruitment activities in a timely manner and with high quality, including:
define job descriptions with managers, understand business needs and market trends,
attracting and sourcing talents, manage hiring processes in the HR system, screen CVs,
conduct phone and in-person interviews, analytics, etc.
● Implement effective sourcing tools, develop & expand various recruiting channels.
● Actively connect with potential talents as a pipeline for the future, and stay connected
with candidates.
● Work closely with hiring managers around the globe to ensure a fast & efficient
recruiting process, and advise on profiles, companies to target, etc.
● Promote our employer brand, presence & positions on social networks.
● Flawless communication with employees on openings for internal hires and referral
programs.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years experience with global high-tech companies, leading E2E hiring
processes for various roles like: Tech, Project management, Sales, Marketing.
● Proven experience with: Sourcing methods and skills, personal interviews.
● Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
● Creative, open minded and detail oriented.
● Passionate about Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
● A positive attitude with a ‘Yes we can’ approach and a team player.
● Accountable with a motivation to make an impact and scale up a company through
searching and hiring the best talents around the globe.
● Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
